Switch connection administration

To use AE Services features in your Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity, connect all AE Services servers to Routing Core Server.

For internal AE Services, you can configure the switch connection on the Configuration Server. For more information about AE Services connection administration, see the AE Services server configuration section in the Administering Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity.

Internal AE Services receives information about the switch connection from Routing Core Server. On the Switch Connections page, you can find the current switch connection details. The page is read-only.

For external AE Services, you can administer switch connections using the AE Services management console. For more information about adding switch connections, see Administering Avaya Aura® Application Enablement Services.
