Editing the user configuration

About this task

Edit users in the User Management database. For example, you can configure the user as a CTI user.

Procedure

  1. On the AE Services management console, go to User Management > User Admin > List All Users.
  2. On the List All Users page, select the user.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. On the Edit User page, modify the required user settings.
  5. Click Apply Changes.
