Add several devices to a device group. For example, you can add all devices in a contact center to one group.

You can assign a device group to a user or worktop. Assign a device group to a user to provide the user with permissions for controlling specific devices. You can also configure the type of control that the user can have. Assign a device group to a worktop to assign the devices in the device group to the worktop.

You can use a device group as an exception group. If you configure a device group as an exception group, the TSAPI service works with all devices except those in the exception group.
