The pam_krb5 and krb5-workstation packages are critical for Kerberos. The pam_krb5 package manages Kerberos 5 password for applications which use PAM. The krb5-workstation package contains basic Kerberos programs. Сheck if the pam_krb5 and krb5-workstation packages are installed on the AE Services server.
Procedure
Log in to the AE Services command line interface as a root user.
In the command prompt, run the following command: rpm -qa | grep krb.
If the Kerberos 5 RPM packages are installed, you will see an output similar to the following:
