Telephony Services API (TSAPI) is a C/C++ based API that provides third-party call control capabilities, such as controlling specific calls or endpoints, routing of incoming calls, receiving event notifications, invoking Routing Core Server features, and sending requests to Routing Core Server for call information. Java Telephony API (JTAPI) is a client interface for the TSAPI service, which provides third-party call control.
