Downloading log files

About this task

To access AE Services log files from your local computer for processing log entries, download these log files. For example, you can download the required log files to view the information about your server activity.

Log files are downloaded in a zip file. Before viewing the downloaded log file, you must decompress and open it in a text editor.

Procedure

  1. On the AE Services management console, go to Status > Logs.
  2. On the navigation menu on the left, under Logs, select the required log file type.

    For example, you can select Audit Logs.

  3. Select the log files to download and click Download.
  4. On the Download page, click Here.

    Downloading log files starts automatically.
