As an administrator, you can change an existing user's password or set a temporary password for a new user. For example, this capability is useful if a user cannot change their own password.
Procedure
In the Web Client, navigate to Administration > Other > Change User Password.
Enter the user ID that requires a password change.
Enter the new password.
Enter the new password again to confirm it.
Optional Select the User must change password at next logon check box to set this as a temporary password that the user will need to change the next time they log in to CMS.
Click Apply to make the change.
Alternatively, you can click Reset to clear the information you entered and reset the user's password.
