Announcements are recorded messages that are played for callers. You can record an announcement in the ACD system.
Use the Dictionary in CMS Supervisor to administer announcement names. These announcement names are synonyms, which are assigned to the recorded messages. When administering announcement names, note the following:
Use unique announcement names.
Do not use multiple values for announcement names or numbers.
