Consider the following when working with split/skill names in the Dictionary:

• Be consistent with the names given by your ACD switch administrator.

• If you assign a name, the name is displayed on reports and other pages instead of the split/skill number.

• If you make changes to split/skill names when viewing a report, you must exit the report and run it again to see the changes.
