Deleting an ACD group in the Web Client

About this task

You can delete an ACD group that is no longer required.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Call Center Administration > ACD Groups.
  2. Click Delete next to the item you want to delete.

    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.

  3. When prompted, click Yes to save.
