Consider the following when working with user permissions:

• From User Permissions > Feature Access, you can assign permissions for various features, including the User Permissions feature. Any user (normal or administrator) with Write access to the User Permission feature can modify their own permissions for all CMS subsystems.

• If an ACD group is selected as the current ACD in the User Permissions window, only those operations that are valid for the ACD group are displayed in the list of available operations.
