Listing all VDN names

Procedure

  1. From the Controller window, select Commands > Dictionary.

    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.

  2. In the Operations list, select VDNs.
  3. In the ACD field, enter the ACD on which you want to view all the VDNs.
  4. Click OK.

    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary VDNs window.

  5. From the Actions menu, select List all.
