Adding a logout reason code name in the Web Client

About this task

You can assign a name to each logout reason code.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Dictionary > Logout Reason Codes.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer logout reason codes.

    CMS Supervisor displays the logout reason codes administered for the selected ACD.

  3. Click Add Logout Reason Code.
  4. In the Logout Reason Code field, enter a number between 0 and 9.
  5. In the Logout Reason Code Name, enter a name for the reason code.
  6. In the Description field, enter a brief description with additional information.

    You can enter up to 50 characters. This field cannot contain the pipe (|) symbol, a semicolon, or double quotes.

  7. Click OK to save your changes.
