Use the Switch Setup page to view information about the configured ACD systems. For each ACD switch, you see information such as the following:
ACD number and name.
Switch type. For example, Communication Manager.
Release number for the ACD switch.
Activated ACD switch features, such as call vectoring, call prompting, and EAS.
Phantom abandon call timer value. If this metric is not enabled for the ACD, off
is displayed.
Calls that are shorter than the configured value (between 1 and 10 seconds) are considered phantom abandoned calls.
CMS software information, such as the release and build, is not available under Switch Setup in the Web Client. You can find this information from .
