Consider the following before changing calculation names in the Dictionary:
Calculation names must be one word with no spaces.
Reports do not run if you embed calculations more than three levels deep.
You cannot delete standard calculation names. For information about standard CMS calculations, see Avaya Call Management System Database Items and Calculations.
You can identify your own calculation names in all lowercase letters to distinguish them from the standard CMS Supervisor calculation names. The standard calculation names are in all uppercase letters.
If you delete a custom calculation from the Dictionary, any report with that calculation does not run.
You can adversely affect standard reports if you change a standard CMS Supervisor calculation. Reports might run, but the results could be unpredictable.
Reports do not run if you create calculations that reference each other in a circular way. For example, assume that CALC_1 uses CALC_2 in processing. If CALC_2 then uses CALC_1, this creates a circular pattern where the processing cannot be completed.
