User access restrictions affect what tenant users can access based on the tenants for which they have permission. Review the following tenant user access restrictions:
Special Agent/Agent Group restriction: Tenant users can only access tenant-specific agents and agent groups for which they have permissions.
Special Call Work Code (CWC) restriction: Tenant users can only access the CWCs for which they have permissions.
Reports restriction: The report data is restricted to only show ACD data for which the tenant user has permissions.
Dictionary restriction: Tenant users cannot access Dictionary menu items and windows corresponding to agent groups and ACD groups. Tenant users can only access permissible tenant partitions for a single ACD.
Call Center Administration restriction: Tenant users cannot access call center administration for vector content. Tenant user access to call center administration for ACD groups is filtered based on the permissions assigned.
Tenant Administration restriction: Even if a tenant user is granted Write permission for the Tenancy feature, they cannot add, modify, or delete tenant assignments.
User Permissions restriction: Tenant users cannot have Write access to the User Permissions feature. Tenant users cannot view permission information for other users. They can only view their own permission information.
