Adding agents to an agent group in the Web Client

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Dictionary > Agent Groups.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to manage agent groups.

    CMS Supervisor displays the agent groups administered for the selected ACD.

  3. Click Group Contents icon next to the agent group you want to modify.
  4. Click Add Agent to add an agent to the agent group.

    CMS Supervisor displays the Agent Groups: Contents window.

  5. In the Add Agent field, enter agent names or IDs.

    To enter multiple values, separate each with a semicolon. The entries are displayed in the Search Results area.

  6. Click + to move agents from the Search Results area to the Selected Agents area.

    The agents in the Selected Agents area are added to the agent group.

  7. Click OK to save your changes.
