Data storage configuration is done on a per-ACD basis. In a multi-ACD environment, data storage allocation should not be set too high as it can exceed the available capacity for other ACDs. Before modifying data storage allocation settings, consider the following:
The available capacity for your CMS server.
The number of ACDs on the CMS system and the information in each ACD. For example, number of agents, trunks, and so on.
The length of time for data to be stored. For example, 30 days versus 100 days versus two years.
