Modifying generic string values in the Web Client

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Dictionary > Generic String Values.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer generic string values.
  3. Specify new string values for the Yes and No synonyms.
  4. Click Apply to apply the change.
