Consider the following when using the Main Menu Addition Access feature to configure access to custom menu items:
Ensure that the users you want to manage have been added on the User Data page.
Before you can assign access to custom menu items, you must create the custom menu items. You can do this from in the Web Client.
If the assigned Main Menu Addition Access permission for a user is disabled, they will not see the custom menu item in the CMS main menu.
When you change the access permissions for a user, those changes will not take effect until the user logs out and logs in again.
