You can manage tenant data if the Tenancy feature package is licensed and installed.

From the Tenant Access page, you can assign tenant access to any CMS user. When adding tenant access, specify which tenants you want the user to access and then assign permissions for the selected tenants. The Read permission enables the user to view tenant data. The Write permission is required to change tenant configurations. You can also assign the Exceptions permission so the user is notified about exceptions when they occur.

Specific tenant permissions are combined with Tenant and Dictionary feature permissions. The dictionary name for each tenant number is defined in the Dictionary. If a normal user or administrator has Write access to the Tenant feature, they can modify tenant assignments for the specific tenants to which they have access. Tenant users can view tenant assignments but cannot modify them.
