Viewing the contents of an ACD group in the Web Client

About this task

You can view ACD groups in the Dictionary in read-only format.

Before you begin

Use the Call Center Administration subsystem to create an ACD group and assign ACDs to it.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Dictionary > ACD Groups.

    CMS Supervisor displays the configured ACD groups.

  2. Click Group Contents icon next to an ACD group to view the ACDs assigned to the group.
  3. Optional To return to the main list of ACD groups, click Back to Group List.
