Consider the following when working with split and skill exceptions:

• To administer exceptions for skills, the EAS feature must be enabled. However, this feature is not required for split exceptions.

• When a split/skill is created, exceptions are configured by default in the CMS database. You must add the required exceptions for each split/skill.
