Removing an individual VDN call profile in the Web Client

About this task

You can remove a VDN call profile that no longer needed. Use this procedure to remove one VDN call profile at a time.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Call Center Administration > VDN Call Profile Setup.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer VDN call profiles.

    CMS Supervisor displays the VDN call profiles administered for the selected ACD.

  3. Click Delete you want to remove.

    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.

  4. Click Yes to complete the change.
