Permissions required to administer split/skill exceptions

Depending on the procedure that you want to perform, you need the following permissions:

  • To view split/skill exceptions, the user ID used to log in to this Supervisor session requires read permission for the Exceptions subsystem and all affected split/skills as well as the exceptions permission for all affected split/skill.

  • To add, delete, or modify split/skill exceptions, the user ID used to log in to this Supervisor session requires write permission for the Exceptions subsystem and all affected split/skill as well as the exceptions permission for all affected split/skill.
