CMS feature access

Use the Feature Access page to manage CMS user permissions for the following administrative features:

  • Agent Administration

  • Call Center Administration

  • Custom Reports

  • Dictionary

  • Exceptions

  • Forecast

  • Maintenance

  • Reports

  • CMS System Setup

  • Tenants

  • Timetable

  • User Permissions

  • Unix (command line access)

  • Password (Web Client only)

The assigned permissions affect which administration feature areas are displayed in CMS Supervisor. For example, a user that does not have Dictionary permissions will not see the Dictionary administration option.
