Administering call center features

This chapter provides information about configuring call center features. You must have permissions for the Call Center Administration subsystem. For some tasks, such as assigning synonyms to an ACD group, you also need permissions for the Dictionary subsystem.

The items in the Call Center Administration menu vary depending on the ACD system you are using (for example, Communication Manager) and the features enabled on it.
