Adding an ACD to an ACD group in the Web Client

About this task

Use this procedure to add an ACD to an ACD group. Repeat this procedure until the ACD group contains all required member ACDs.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Call Center Administration > ACD Groups.
  2. Click Group Contents for one of the ACD groups.
  3. Click Add ACD.
  4. In the ACD Number list, select the ACD you want to add.
  5. Click OK to save your changes.
  6. When prompted, if you want to propagate reason codes and string-valued database items from the ACD group to the ACD, click Yes.
