Deleting multiple agents from an agent group in the Web Client

About this task

Use this procedure to remove agents from an agent group in bulk. Specify which agents no longer need to be in the agent group and then remove them.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Dictionary > Agent Groups.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to manage agent groups.

    CMS Supervisor displays the agent groups administered for the selected ACD.

  3. Click Group Contents icon next to the agent group you want to modify.
  4. Click Remove Agent.

    CMS Supervisor displays the Agent Groups: Contents window.

  5. In the Remove Agent field, enter the names or IDs of agents that are currently in the agent group but no longer need to be there.

    To enter multiple values, separate each with a semicolon. The entries are displayed in the Search Results area.

  6. Click + to move agents from the Search Results area to the Selected Agents area.

    The agents in the Selected Agents area will be removed from the agent group.

  7. Click OK to save your changes.
