Users can only access the trunk groups you assign to them. After specifying which trunk groups the user needs, you must assign access permissions. You can only assign trunk groups for the current ACD.
Procedure
Navigate to Administration > User Permissions > Trunk Group Access.
From the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to manage trunk group access.
CMS Supervisor displays the existing trunk group data and exception access permissions for the selected ACD.
Click Add Trunk Group Access to assign trunk group access to a user.
In the User ID list, search for and select the user.
In the Trunk Groups field, enter trunk group names or IDs.
Use a semicolon to separate each entry. The entries are displayed in the Search Results area.
Click + to move the trunk groups you want to assign from the Search Results area to the Selected Trunk Group(s) area.
Select one or more of the following check boxes to assign permissions for the specified trunk groups:
Read: The user can view trunk group report data and other trunk group information.
Write: The user can administer or manage the specified trunk groups. To assign Write access, you must select both Read and Write.
Exceptions: The user is notified when active trunk group exceptions occur. For general information about trunk group exceptions, see Trunk group exceptions.
