Deleting an ACD from an ACD group in the Web Client

About this task

Use this procedure to remove an ACD from an ACD group.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Call Center Administration > ACD Groups.
  2. Click Group Contents for one of the ACD groups.

    CMS Supervisor displays the list of ACDs administered for the ACD group.

  3. When prompted, click Delete Synonyms if you want to delete ACD group synonyms from the ACD.

    Alternatively, click Keep Synonyms.
