A vector is a series of steps that the contact center uses to route calls and determine the treatment for each call. You can manage vector data if Call Vectoring is enabled on your ACD.
You can assign vector access to users from the Vector Access page. When adding access, you must specify which vectors the user will have access to and then assign permissions. With the Read permission, the user can view vector data in reports and view vector configuration information. The Write permission is required to manage vector configurations. You can also assign the Exceptions permission so users are notified of vector exceptions when they occur.
