Deleting an announcement name in the Web Client

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Dictionary > Announcements.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer announcement names.

    CMS Supervisor displays the announcement names administered for the selected ACD.

  3. Click Delete next to the item you want to delete.

    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.

  4. Click Yes to complete the change.
