Adding a name to a call work code in the Web Client

About this task

Use the Dictionary to define a call work code and add a name for it.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Dictionary > Call Work Code.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer call work codes.

    CMS Supervisor displays the call work codes administered for the selected ACD.

  3. Click Add Call Work Code.
  4. In the Call Work Code field, enter the numeric call work code.

    The call work code can contain 1 to 16 numbers.

  5. In the Call Work Code Name field, enter a name to represent the call work code.
  6. In the Description field, enter a brief description with additional information.

    You can enter up to 50 characters. This field cannot contain the pipe (|) symbol, a semicolon, or double quotes.

  7. Click OK to save your changes.
