You can manage VDN data if Call Vectoring is enabled on your ACD.

When adding VDN access, you must specify which VDNs to the user will be able to access and then assign permissions. Users with the Read permission can view VDN report data and other VDN configuration information. The Write permission is required to change VDN configurations. You can also assign the Exceptions permission so users are notified when VDN exceptions occur.
