Deleting a pseudo-ACD in the Web Client

Procedure

  1. Navigate to System Setup > Pseudo-ACD Setup.

    CMS Supervisor displays the list of administered pseudo-ACDs.

  2. Click Delete next to the item you want to delete.

    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.

  3. Click Yes to complete the change.
