Deleting VDN permissions in the Web Client

About this task

You delete VDN access configurations you no longer need. If you want to change the VDNs assigned to a user, you can delete the existing entry and then assign a new one with the appropriate VDNs assigned.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > User Permissions > VDN Access.
  2. From the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to manage VDN access.

    CMS Supervisor displays the existing VDN data and exception access permissions for the selected ACD.

  3. Click Delete next to the item you want to delete.

    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.

  4. Click Yes to complete the change.
