Free space allocation considerations

The Free Space Allocation page displays read-only information. Consider the following:

  • When CMS data storage parameters are altered, the changes are automatically reflected on the Free Space Allocation page. You can view the allocations for each ACD system and the amount of free space.

  • The IDS dbspaces used for free space allocation are created during installation.

  • Custom tables increase disk space usage. You see a warning if the dbspace used to store custom tables is close to its maximum capacity.
