Consider the following when working with trunk group names in the Dictionary:

• Try to be consistent with the ACD switch naming for trunk groups and splits/skills.

• If you assign a trunk group name, the name is displayed on trunk group reports and other pages instead of the trunk group number.

• If you make changes to trunk group names while viewing a report that includes those trunk groups, you must exit the report and run it again to see the changes.
