User administration

From the User Data page, add users so they can access CMS Supervisor.The users you add can use their assigned ID to log in to CMS and CMS Supervisor.

When adding a user, configure the following:

  • CMS user ID.

  • User’s name, room number, and phone number.

  • Default CMS printer for the user ID.

  • User type. You can designate the user as a Normal user, Administrator, or Tenant user.

  • Enable LDAP authentication for an Active Directory user.

  • Maximum number of CMS Supervisor windows that can be opened simultaneously.

  • Minimum refresh rate for real-time reports.

  • Default login ACD.

You can also modify or delete existing users from the User Data page.
