Access administration for splits and skills

Users do not have access to all splits/skills by default. When adding access on the Split/Skill Access page, you must specify the splits/skills the user will have access to and then assign permissions. The permissions you assign apply to all selected splits/skills. The available permission options are Read, Write, and Exception. With the Exception permission, you are notified of split/skill exceptions when they occur. Exceptions can help you identify call center performance issues.

You can administer split/skill call profiles from Call Center Administration > Split/Skill Call Profile Setup.
