Copying an agent group in the Web Client

About this task

Use this procedure to copy the contents from one agent group to a new agent group. Under the to heading, you can enter a name for the new agent group.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Dictionary > Agent Groups.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to manage agent groups.

    CMS Supervisor displays the agent groups administered for the selected ACD.

  3. Click Copy icon next to the agent group you want to copy.

    The Copy Agent Group window displays the name of the agent group you are copying from.

  4. In the Agent Group Name field under the to heading, enter a name for the new agent group.
  5. Click OK to save your changes.
