Adding conversion map configuration

Add a conversion map for endpoint and agent numbers. The contact center converts the agent and endpoint extensions to a configured format for CDR records.
The new prefix range must be unique. If it overlaps any existing prefix ranges, Configuration Server does not add the prefix and displays a warning.
The CS1K CDR record format supports seven-digit extensions. Ensure that after the prefix replacement, the final extension length is seven digits. If the length is different from seven, Configuration Server displays a warning.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationSystemConversion Map (CDR).
  2. At the top-right corner of the Conversion Map (CDR) page, click the Add icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Configuration Server displays the conversion map configuration fields.
  3. On the Add Conversion Map (CDR) page, in the Prefix Length to Delete field, type the number of digits in the prefix to delete.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The value range is 1 to 16.
  4. In the Prefix Location (start) field, type the first number in the range of prefixes to delete.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type up to 16 numeric characters. The length of the prefix that you type in the Prefix Location (start) must match the value in the Prefix Length to Delete field.
  5. In the Prefix Location (end) field, type the last number in the range of prefixes to delete.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type up to 16 numeric characters. The length of the prefix that you type in the Prefix Location (end) must match the value in the Prefix Length to Delete field.
    The new prefix range must not overlap existing ranges on Configuration Server.
  6. In the Digit Length field, type the target length of the endpoint or agent extension to which the contact center applies the conversion map.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The value range is 1 to 16.
  7. In the Insert Prefix field, type the prefix to add to the endpoint or agent extension after the contact center removes the original prefix.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type up to 16 numeric characters.
    For the CS1K format, the extension length must be 7 digits after the prefix replacement.
  8. At the top-right corner of the page, click Commit.
    STEP RESULT:
    Configuration Server saves the conversion map configuration and redirects you to the Conversion Map (CDR) page.
