Before you begin
Ensure that you added at least two MADN MCA extensions.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationSystemMADN MCA Extensions.
  2. At the top of the MADN MCA Extensions page, click the Name or Number column header.
    STEP RESULT:
    Configuration Server displays a sorted list of MADN extensions.
