Sort the added call pickup groups by name and group number. Call pickup groups are sorted alphabetically or numerically.
Before you begin
Ensure that you added at least two call pickup groups.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationSystemCall Pickup Groups.
  2. At the top of the Call Pickup Groups page, click the Group Name or Group Number column header.
    STEP RESULT:
    Configuration Server displays a sorted list of call pickup groups.
