Search for MADN MCA extensions by group name and number. You can type a part of the required extension number or name to view the matching results.
The search is not case-sensitive. When you type a sequence of characters, Configuration Serverdisplays all objects that contain this sequence in any part of the name, extension, and other object attributes. You cannot use wildcard characters, such as an asterisk (*) or a question mark (?).
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationSystemMADN MCA Extensions.
  2. At the top of the MADN MCA Extensions page, in the Search field, type the extension name or number.
    STEP RESULT:
    Configuration Server displays a list of MADN extensions with matching names or numbers.
