View the created logout reason codes to get a detailed information about the configuration. You can view only one logout reason code configuration at a time.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterReason Codes.
  2. Click the Logout Reason Codes subtab.
  3. Select the required logout reason code.
  4. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the View icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server displays the logout reason code configuration fields. You can click the Edit icon to edit the configuration.
