Edit the created Aux work reason codes. You can edit the configuration of only one reason code at a time. When you edit Aux work reason code configuration, you cannot modify reason code number. If you want to use a different reason code number, you must add a new Aux work reason code.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterReason Codes.
  2. On the Aux Work Reason Codes screen, select the required Aux work reason code.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Edit icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server displays the Aux work reason code configuration fields.
  4. Modify the required settings on the page.
  5. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server saves the Aux work reason code configuration and redirects you to the Aux Work Reason Codes screen.
