Duplicating vector configuration

Duplicate the created vector configuration to add more vectors with a similar configuration to the contact center.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterVectors.
  2. On the Vectors screen, select the required vector.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Duplicate icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server displays the vector configuration fields.
  4. In Number, type a unique identifier for the new vector.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The value range is 1 through 32,000.
  5. In Name, type the new vector name.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type a maximum of 40 Unicode characters.
  6. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server saves the vector configuration and redirects you to the Vectors screen.
