Delete a global configuration that you added. When you delete a global configuration, the Configuration Server uses local settings on the corresponding configuration screen.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationParametersGlobal Configurations.
  2. On the Global Configurations screen, click the required global configuration row.
  3. On the right side of the screen, in the Global Configuration Details box, click the Delete icon.
  4. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server removes the selected global configuration from the contact center.
